When I joined Zizzi, the packaging design for the Out of Restaurant experience was rather outdated, encompassing an older visual design route. In the essence of bringing this up to date and ensuring that all OOR assets were a cohesive suite, I relooked at the design and how I could incorporate the iconic Zizzi brand pattern which was used on the front of the main menu and throughout some of the decorative touches within our restaurants.  

Previous Zizzi packaging included a lot of florals and a colour palette that did not match any other assets. By redefining the design, I used the Zizzi core brand colours (blue and terracotta) and the natural colour of the paper and cardboard to bring in some warmth and a rustic feel to the overall designs.
